Utah builders by buyer situation: how to compare
Seven guides. Same criteria for every builder; no rankings.
Our comparison criteria
- Price "from", exactly as the builder publishes it
- Home types (single-family, townhome, etc.)
- Home sizes (square feet, bedrooms)
- HOA dues, assessments and PID/special district charges
- Lot premiums
- Included features vs. paid upgrades
- Current offers, with their terms and end date
The biggest incentive isn't always the lowest total cost. Same criteria for every builder; we don't rank builders.
