How we built this
We include a builder when at least one of its Utah County communities is listed as active on the builder's website and was checked in the last 90 days. Communities we could not confirm are left out.
Prices are the builder's exact wording. Where the builder doesn't publish a price or home type, we show "Unknown".
Rows are sorted alphabetically by builder name. We don't rank builders.
Our comparison criteria
- Price "from", exactly as the builder publishes it
- Home types (single-family, townhome, etc.)
- Home sizes (square feet, bedrooms)
- HOA dues, assessments and PID/special district charges
- Lot premiums
- Included features vs. paid upgrades
- Current offers, with their terms and end date
The biggest incentive isn't always the lowest total cost. Same criteria for every builder; we don't rank builders.
How we compareSources
Every price, home type and offer comes from the builder's own website. Each row links to the page we read and shows the date we checked it. Builders change prices and offers often; confirm with the builder before you sign.
